Information you give us so we can do the work: contact details, income and expense records, tax slips, and identifiers such as a social insurance number or business number where a filing requires one. We collect it directly from you, or from CRA under an authorisation you have signed.

To prepare and file returns, keep books, run payroll, and represent you with CRA and Alberta Tax and Revenue Administration. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Messages sent through the contact form on this website are delivered to us by a third-party form service and are not stored on this website. Nobody else, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Documents are exchanged through a secure client portal rather than email attachment. Access inside the firm is limited to people who need it for your work.

As long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-retention periods CRA requires, which is generally six years from the end of the tax year the records relate to.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for uses beyond what a filing obligation requires. Write to us at the address above.
